First cast tyre in sections to reattach later, lots of breaking and brown-yellow staining from reaction of rubber mould to tyre rubber, really difficult until we started sinking the wheel into each section as it dried

Be interesting if you could make the tyres out of crumbly plaster with bits crumbling or dry powder paint pouring out but the spokes drooping and made from brightly coloured rubber that is like it is melting.
